Rule Scope

What becomes enforceable

Draft: creator tests visual compatibility locally. Template publish: allowed rule schema is stored on Sui. Soul authorization: the recipe must satisfy the published rules. Trade: license and royalty rules travel with the OC.

Connect Parts that publish the same exact hex Color set. The player keeps their selected value synchronized, and Sui rejects a mismatched linked-color recipe.

What makers will see

Template opens as a clean OC creation page. Only visible parts appear in the user menu. Invalid Part and Item combinations are disabled while users choose. The user can export the selected recipe and metadata package.
